MMAZ/Certiplex Corporation furnishes cosmetics to stores and distributors. We serve to educate, furnish supplies, provide information, and assist individuals to enter the cosmetics distribution business.
We do not guarantee earnings. Estimates are solely presented to assist in estimating earning potential.
We try to provide wholesale quantities of liquidation merchandise in the most efficient and expedient way.
We receive inventory from reliable sources that need to liquidate their inventory. When retailers have merchandise that they do not wish to sell through their normal channels they sell it at deep discount to liquidation distributors to make room in their stores and warehouses for preferred inventory.
Much of our inventory is from shelf pulls. Shelf pulls occur when retailers simply have internal policies to not allow merchandise to sit on store shelves too long and liquidate older inventory on a set schedule. The industry term “shelf-pull” encompasses all the above situations and more where merchants liquidate viable product directly from their store shelves and is the category of liquidation.
Many times the shipping cost is calculated into the prices we have listed. We do not offer free shipping.
We will replace any part of the program that is damaged or non-functional. No refunds. Customer bears full responsibility to perform research before ordering. We furnish many valuable trade secrets, instructional materials and expensive customized listings. It is considered proprietary.
Custom location lists are considered proprietary. Location lists are designed to assist in placement of MMAZ products and MMAZ point-of-sale cosmetics boxes only. If necessary, we will replace any rejected locations for replacement.
The distributor start up business packages we offer are designed to educate and provide general information. MMAZ/Certiplex Corporation believes that the information contained to be both timely and accurate.
The use of the Quick-Start guide and all other materials is at the sole discretion of the reader. We believe that the facts presented are accurate. We disclaim any liabilities from the application of the information contained within, and all information is not intended to serve as legal or financial advice.
The purchaser of any of these products, lots or packages agrees that MMAZ/Certiplex Corporation is not liable for any and all damages claimed by any one person as a result of any information or materials contained therein for any reason including, but not limited to errors and/or omissions.
In the event that any legal action is instituted by the purchaser, under this agreement to enforce or interpret any of the terms hereof, the purchaser shall be entitled to be paid all court costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the purchaser with respect to such action including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, incurred in connection with such action. By making a purchase it is understood that purchaser is agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions.
CUSTOM WEBSITE INFORMATION:
The purchaser of any website, logo, marketing or any related items agrees that Certiplex Corporation is not liable for any and all damages claimed by any one person as a result of any work performed, information or materials contained therein for any reason including, but not limited to errors and/or omissions.
APPROVAL OF WORK: On completion of the work, you will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. You must notify us in writing of any unsatisfactory points within 7 days of such notification. Any of the work which has not been reported in writing to us as unsatisfactory within the 7-day review period will be deemed to have been approved. Once approved, or deemed approved, work cannot subsequently be rejected and the contract will be deemed to have been completed.
REFUND POLICY: Custom websites are considered intellectual property and proprietary information is included. Digital goods that take our time and effort to create are being delivered. Since web design is a costly procedure, and services are rendered, we do not offer a money back guarantee. No refunds. There are also no refunds on hosting.
VARIATIONS: We have the right to limit the number of design proposals to a reasonable amount and may charge for additional designs if you make a change to the original design specification. We allow certain variations to the original specification, however, any major deviation from the specification will be charged at the rate of $45 per hour.
DISCLAIMER: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this contract, neither Certiplex Corporation nor any of its employees or agents, warrant that the functions contained in the web design project will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will Certiplex Corporation or its owners or employees will be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including, but not limited to, service interruptions caused by Acts of God, the hosting service or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the website, failure of any service provider, of any telecommunications carrier, of the Internet backbone, of any Internet servers, your or your site visitor’s computer or Internet software, even if Certiplex Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In the event that any legal action is instituted by the purchaser, under this agreement to enforce or interpret any of the terms hereof, the purchaser shall be entitled to be paid all court costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by the purchaser with respect to such action including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, incurred in connection with such action. By making a purchase it is understood that purchaser is agreeing to all of these Terms and Conditions. In case collection proves necessary, you agree to pay all fees (including all attorney’s fees and court costs) incurred by that process.
